Heart Safe Community: Maple Plain has been given the designation as a Heart Safe Community. North Memorial launched Heart Safe Communities as an effort to prevent death from Sudden Cardiac Arrest(SCA) by placing Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) where people live, work and play.
